Growth Marketing Executive

Location: Hong Kong

As a Growth Marketing Executive at Pictta, you will be driving and scaling user acquisition and growth, generating market-specific digital media strategies and building partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute growth strategies (both online and offline) for acquiring new users
  • Identify, explore, and prioritize new acquisition marketing and growth opportunities
  • Build, optimize, and scale campaigns across a variety of partners and channels (search, display, video) to efficiently drive new user acquisition
  • Using quantitative and qualitative sources, provide feedback on performance to achieve KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • A deep understanding of social media, growing engaged communities, analytics and journalism is a must.
  • Hands-on experience running acquisition campaign across a variety of partners, countries, and channels (search, display, video, social, influencer)
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing from start to finish -- including planning, executing, and launching initiatives/experiments independently.
  • Strong communication skills with a keen understanding of how to cultivate strong partner
  • 1 - 2 years experience in social media
  • Strong understanding of international market trends on Crypto / NFT
  • Familiar with SEO, and related analytics tools: Google Search Console and Google Analytics
